AG Advisory’s services include assistance with the advisory, purchase and sale of assets, asset registration, financial administration of assets, VAT and Customs advisory and support, company formation and administration, including corporate services, accounting and back office obligations.
AG Advisory will operate from its base in Malta and will offer its services to prospective clients on a worldwide basis.
Our focus will be the yachting and business jet industries, as well as the supercar industry.
AG Advisory also intends providing in the future, corporate services from Malta to other industries widening the scope of activities essentially providing additional to its client base of UHNWI and their advisors, as well as other business associates and introducers within its network. AG Advisory will target niche industries related to its core activities such as the shipping and aviation industries. In addition, given the background and experience of the Company Director, it is the intent of AG Advisory to also target the sports, entertainment and film industry.

Anthony Galea

Dr Anthony Galea is a lawyer by profession now with over 20 years of experience working in the maritime and aviation businesses. He has also practiced many years in the litigation field, sports and entertainment industries. Anthony is dedicated to assisting yacht, aircraft and car owners, owner representatives, managers/operators, CSPs, builders/manufacturer’s, lawyers and tax advisors to deliver the needs and wants of their clients by providing a quality service, in a time and efficient manner and ensuring a great experience. As the Founder of AG Advisory Ltd, his aim is to use the expertise and experience of the last 20 years to assist owners, their reps and advisors to manage their business or assets across the globe. During his career he has advised and assisted various individual owners and businesses, as well as financial institutions, during the purchase/sale of their assets, with all the aspects of corporate set up, governance and administration, asset registration and asset finance, employment and other related matters. Dr Anthony Galea holds a Doctor of Laws from University of Malta and is vastly experienced in providing advisory and consultancy services, whilst always remaining hungry to learn more and open his horizons and build his knowledge and expertize. Anthony’s career started in Malta and for many years he worked in local firms garnering the experience which serves him until today in the civil and corporate world, as well as in litigation. He helped set up DF Marine and later went on to set up and manage Vistra Marine & Aviation Limited, and most recently set up AG Advisory Ltd. Anthony currently serves on many industry related Boards - mainly the Malta Maritime Law Association, the Malta Chamber of Commerce Yachting Division, and the working group established to create a Superyacht Policy for Malta. In the international space, noteworthy is Anthony’s involvement in The Superyacht Alliance for Professional Standards and his participation as speaker or presenter of papers on various industry panels. A keen sportsman, sports law and the football industry was an obvious career choice. Anthony has assisted sportsmen in contract negotiation since law school and is very active in Malta representing football players. He assisted in setting up the first Maltese Players’ Association now in its 10th year and applies himself as the President of the Malta Football Players Association. In the past, Anthony has assisted a number of international clients, particularly in the setting up and management of efficient structures in relation to sports contracts, sponsorships and image rights.
Jason Zammit

Jason Zammit is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in managing Client Accounting Departments. He has an extensive 15 year experience in yachting assisting amongst others, in the preparation of management accounts and IFRS financial statements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including commercial yachts and Maltese yacht leasing companies. He has handled numerous yacht leasing set-ups over the years. With a deep understanding of financial reporting and compliance, Jason has successfully overseen complex accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to international standards. His analytical skills and attention to detail have enabled him to provide valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making for his clients. He also has experience dealing with local authorities on tax and corporate matters. Beyond the maritime sector, Jason’s expertise spans various industries, including trading and holding companies. This broad experience has equipped him with a versatile skill set and a keen ability to adapt to different business environments, allowing him to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. A proactive leader, Jason is committed to fostering strong client relationships and mentoring team members to achieve their professional goals. His passion for continuous improvement and innovation drives him to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, ensuring that his clients benefit from the most effective financial strategies.
Georg Oehme

Georg Oehme is an accomplished International Tax Professional and maritime expert with over 15 years of experience spanning international taxation, yachting, and the Blockchain & Digital Asset sectors. Beginning his career in 2012, Georg initially focused on the automotive and healthcare industries, honing his expertise in tax advisory and structuring. In 2016, he transitioned to the yachting industry after relocating from Germany to Malta, where he joined the Yachting team at VISTRA. There, he specialized in yacht ownership structuring, VAT and tax advisory, business development, and owner representation. In 2018, Georg expanded his horizons into the Blockchain and Digital Asset space, establishing the local Vistra team in Malta and contributing to the creation of VISTRA's Global Blockchain and Digital Asset team. One of his notable achievements was collaborating with a prominent yacht brokerage and charter company to develop and implement a process for accepting cryptocurrency for yacht charter and brokerage services in 2020, a pioneering move in the industry. From 2021 to 2024, Georg focused on managing a yacht co-ownership company, where he oversaw a broad range of operations, including finance, administration, yacht management, sales and charter, events, and concierge services. His involvement also extended to environmental initiatives, such as when he played a key role in securing approval for one of the company's yachts to fuel with HVO100, a sustainable alternative to traditional fuels. Georg holds an LL.M in International Taxation from the University of Liechtenstein, an MBA in Economic and Law from Dresden International University, and has furthered his education with certifications in Digital Assets & Leadership from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and a Certificate in Malta Tax Law from the Malta Institute of Taxation. He also earned a Certificate in Tax and Consulting in the Healthcare Sector from the IBG Private Institute of Healthcare, and a Diploma in Business Studies with a focus on Taxation and Audit from the University of Cooperative Education Dresden. Outside of his professional work, Georg is an avid football enthusiast and has served as a youth football coach, reflecting his commitment to teamwork and developing young talent. His diverse skill set, industry knowledge, and dedication to excellence make him a trusted advisor for clients in the yachting sector, ensuring compliance and optimal operations in an ever-evolving market.
Sarah D'Alessandro

Sarah D'Alessandro is an experienced legal professional specialising in corporate matters, compliance, and general advisory. Her expertise spans multiple industries, with a growing interest and focus on the yachting sector. Sarah is skilled at managing complex legal matters and providing strategic guidance to clients, ensuring that each client’s unique needs are met. Before joining AG Advisory, Sarah spent over five years at leading corporate service providers in Malta, including one with a significant global presence. During this period, she worked alongside highly skilled professionals, providing legal advisory services and addressing compliance challenges across various industries. In addition, Sarah facilitated company setup processes from prospect phase to incorporation and coordinated the registration of the same with local authorities and handling bank account openings. Today, Sarah oversees the corporate and legal needs of our client portfolio. Furthermore, she ensures compliance with statutory deadlines and collaborates with external advisors to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Outside of her professional career, Sarah is passionate about sports and an active lifestyle. She has always been deeply involved in athletics, with tennis, running, and CrossFit being her favourite activities in recent years. Her dedication to fitness and well-being reflects her disciplined and goal-oriented mindset, both professionally and personally.
Daniela Dingli

Daniela Dingli is a seasoned professional in yacht administration, bringing over 18 years of experience in the yachting industry. She has developed extensive expertise in yacht registration under various flags, particularly Malta, the Cayman Islands, the UK, the Isle of Man, and the Marshall Islands. Her competencies also extend to aircraft registration, yacht and aircraft importations and exports, as well as crewing services, including crew certifications and payroll management. Daniela has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, ensuring seamless service delivery under tight deadlines while exceeding client expectations. She has worked closely with captains, crew members, yacht managers, surveyors, classification societies, shipyards, family offices, and financing banks, facilitating smooth and efficient processes across various aspects of yacht administration. Her leadership experience includes managing a dedicated yachting team, overseeing services such as yacht imports, registration, crew certifications, crew contracts, payroll, internal company invoicing, and debt collection. She is well-versed in dealing with Maltese authorities, including the Malta Flag Registry, Customs, and VAT departments, ensuring compliance with local and international maritime regulations. Daniela embarked on her yachting career in 2007 with DF Marine Consultancy Ltd. In 2015, she joined Vistra Marine & Aviation Ltd., further enhancing her expertise in yacht administration. In 2024, she briefly collaborated with Melita Marine Group, where she contributed to yacht management, business development, and the refit of superyachts in Malta. Beyond her professional achievements, Daniela is a passionate traveler who enjoys socializing with family and friends. She has a love for cooking and embraces the yachting lifestyle wholeheartedly. A true summer enthusiast, she finds joy in the sun and sea, whether swimming, cruising around the Maltese Islands, or simply relaxing on the beach. Catherine Felix

Catherine began her career as a Personal Assistant in an engineering firm in the north of France, where she developed a strong foundation in organisation and client service. Thirteen years ago, she relocated to the south of France and transitioned into the yachting industry, where she has since held a variety of operational and client-focused roles. After a spell in sales, for six years, Catherine served as a Yacht Administrator, managing the financial and administrative aspects of several yachts with precision and discretion, including yacht management, charter management and payments. Working behind a desk was not enough, so driven by a long-held dream, she made the decision to step on board and experience life at sea firsthand as crew. After obtaining her professional certification, she embarked on a year-long voyage, gaining invaluable insight into yacht operations from the crew’s perspective. Outside of work, Catherine enjoys swimming, biking, and sailing whenever the opportunity arises. She is also a passionate photographer with an eye for detail, and finds joy in capturing the often-overlooked nuances of daily life. On quieter days, she loves nothing more than immersing herself in a good book.
Charmie Luansing

Charmie has over eight years of comprehensive accounting experience, including six years dedicated to client accounting. Charmie Luansing has honed her expertise in financial reporting and analysis. Her proficiency encompasses a wide array of accounting systems, reflecting her adaptability and technical acumen. Charmie possesses a keen interest in taxation and payroll management, areas in which she has developed substantial competence. Throughout her career, Charmie has collaborated with a diverse clientele across various sectors, including retail, manufacturing, investments, non-profits, and charities, serving both local and international organizations. This exposure has enriched her understanding of different financial landscapes and regulatory environments. Her intrigue with the yachting industry was sparked by its unique VAT regulations and the opportunity to engage with international tax frameworks. Prior to joining AG Advisory, Charmie held the position of Senior Client Accountant at a prominent Maltese accounting and audit firm. In this role, she was responsible for managing client portfolios, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with both local and international accounting standards. Beyond her professional endeavors, Charmie is a devoted homebody. She has a passion for cooking, often experimenting with new recipes and flavors. Her fondness for farming, cultivated during her time back home, reflects her appreciation for nature and sustainable living. Amica Schiller is an experienced Front of House professional with a strong background in customer service and hospitality. With over 13 years in customer-facing roles, she has developed exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Amica excels at creating seamless and professional client experiences, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of AG Advisory. Before joining AG Advisory, Amica worked as an Events Supervisor, where she managed large-scale banquets and high-profile events.
